Cancelation Policy

All treatment bookings are subject to our 24 hour cancelation policy. We do require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or to reschedule appointments. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hour’s notice of your treatment will incur a 50% charge.

Should you have prepaid or paid a deposit on your appointment and need to cancel you will receive a full refund providing that you have given us a minimum of 24 hour’s notice. Any prepaid appointment cancelled within 24 hours will result in a  50% loss of your deposit and prepayment.


Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid 6 months from the date of purchase. If you do not provide your voucher you will need to pay the full amount for your treatment. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against offers and promotions. 



We accept cash, or bank transfer. All bank transfers should be paid within 1 working day of receiving your treatment.
